Your new brasserie style restaurant has carefully been integrated in the existing original architecture of the national monument that used to be a powder mill, built by the French in 1743! We have the pleasure to serve you, in this unique setting on the island, a rustic cuisine complimented by an industrial chic décor.
Discover “The Distillery”, nestled in the middle of the restaurant, showcasing the biggest rum collection in Mauritius! The perfect place for a rum tasting in an original and historical décor that used to be a real distillery in the 19th century!
