In case something does go wrong with your rental, though, we will help you from a neutral perspective. An advantage of us having multiple subcontractors is that we will forward your booking to the subcontractor that has the cheapest delivery fees to your hotel. Therefore, please understand that delivery fees can be different for each car model and also depend on availability.

Our call center is open from Monday till Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm (Central European Summer Time). That is from 10 am to 8 pm and from 12 pm to 5 pm respectively in the time zone configured on your computer.
